You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding underlay). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
At Jennings, we try to ensure that our customers get the maximum life and enjoyment out of their rugs, so we have selected two types of underlay.
For those homes with uneven traditional floorboards or stone floors with obvious grouting or unevenness, we recommend a blended Felt** mix, which will save the rug from becoming prematurely worn and has the added benefit of feeling softer and more luxurious. In addition, the weight of the underlay chosen provides a good balance between performance and depth.
This is not an anti-slip product for problems with rugs slipping use:
We recommend Foxi®*; this is excellent when used with either carpet or hard flooring. It is the leading brand of anti-slip underlay, which we have successfully supplied to our customers for almost 25 years, specifically for handmade rugs. Unfortunately, in our experience, the other anti-slip products we have tried do not offer the same performance in either anti-slip or longevity. In addition, this is not satisfactory in resolving uneven flooring issues.
* Foxi®antislip underlay is available in 3 widths; you may need to select several widths for your rug and then trim down to size. It is easy to cut and should be undersized by a couple of inches.
**This product is available in rolls just 4'6" wide or 137cm, so the felt may need to be in several pieces on larger carpets. However, it is easy to cut and should be undersized by a couple of 4 inches in length and breadth.
Please be aware that underlays will not solve problems relating to poorly fitted flooring and should only be used where owners are happy that an additional trip hazard has not been created.
Colours can bleed into existing floor coverings, particularly where they have come into contact with moisture. However, both underlays are valuable when placing handmade vegetable-dyed rugs on lightly coloured floors. This is because they form a barrier which helps prevent dye transfer.PLEASE NOTE 'RETURNS ON UNDERLAY'.
Felt & Foxi® underlay cannot be returned. If ordered, it has to be cut specifically to the sizes called. Please ensure you order the correct size and know that you may need to trim it further to your size.
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in an order. Once you've cancelled an order you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Once the returned goods have been received then we will arrange a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be securely packaged in weatherproof material (i.e. strong plastic)

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
